1. Agreement to Terms

TLC Patriot Septic and Excavation provides septic system installation, maintenance, pumping, excavation, water services, and related services in the Billings, Montana area and surrounding counties. All services are subject to availability and local regulations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, scope of work, and material costs. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Emergency services may be subject to additional charges.

4. Service Agreements

Specific service agreements, including scope of work, timelines, and payment terms, will be outlined in individual contracts or work orders. These agreements supplement these Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees as permitted by Montana law.

6. Warranties and Liability

TLC Patriot stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are provided with each service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or issues beyond our control.

7. Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant TLC Patriot access to your property as necessary to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for disclosing any known hazards, underground utilities, or property restrictions.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee. Emergency services are non-cancellable once dispatched.

10. Governing Law
